1. Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after successful payment.

If there is any issue with the payment (amount deducted but order not confirmed), please contact us immediately with transaction details.

Refunds will be provided only in cases of duplicate payment or technical issue.

Refund requests must be made within 7 working days of the transaction.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original source of payment within 5–7 business days.

3. No Refunds in the Following Cases
Already accessed digital content (eBooks, premium novels, or subscriptions) is strictly non-refundable.
